WatchCalc — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 September 2026

WatchCalc is a scientific calculator for Wear OS watches, published by Bunny Pranav. This policy explains what the app does with your information. TL;DR: it doesn’t collect any.

What WatchCalc collects

Nothing. WatchCalc does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal or sensitive user data.

The app has no account, no sign-in, and no user profile. It contains no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising, and no third-party tracking SDKs.

Network access

WatchCalc requests no internet permission and cannot make network connections. Every calculation runs entirely on your watch. Nothing you type leaves the device.

What is stored on your watch

So that the calculator behaves sensibly when you come back to it, the app saves the following to private storage on the watch itself:

This information never leaves your watch. It is held in the app’s private storage area, is not readable by other apps, and is permanently deleted when you uninstall WatchCalc or clear its storage from your watch’s settings.

You can clear the stored history at any time by uninstalling the app or using Settings → Apps → WatchCalc → Storage → Clear data on your watch.

Permissions

WatchCalc requests a single permission:

Children’s privacy

WatchCalc is a calculator and is not directed at children under 13. Because it collects no data whatsoever, it collects no data from children either.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted at this address with an updated date at the top. Since the app collects no data, any change is likely to be a clarification rather than a change in practice.
